• ♱- Terms of Service -♱

Through commissioning me, you read and agreed to my T.O.S and have accepted all terms listed.
Violators will be blacklisted if found to be breaking anything on here.

General Info

♱- I do not work first come first serve, I work in an order in which I am motivated the most to work in, however, I will be sure to keep everyone updated and your commission will be worked on as soon as possible.
♱- The purchase is for a Digital Artwork, you may not make physical copies of the artwork, unless for PERSONAL USE ONLY.
♱- I hold full rights to the artwork, I may post to my listed socials and use the artwork in portfolios, and to stream the process to Twitch.
♱- A high resolution of the artwork will be sent through Email or Google Docs. One which shall be watermarked and the other not. If you wish to post, you must give proper credits through tagging or linking my socials.
♱- Artwork purchased is PERSONAL USE only, an exception is made for Commercial Artworks.
♱- Claiming my artwork as yours will be an immediate DMCA and no warning will be given. I have zero tolerance to art theft, and if you find my artwork being stolen, please inform me ASAP.
♱- I reserve full rights to decline or cancel your commission at anytime if I feel uncomfortable or you prove to be troublesome.

Commercial Work

♱- The commercial artwork multiplier ranges between 1.5x - 2x of the total commission cost.
♱- The added price depends solely on what you plan to use the artwork for. Please check out my F.A.Q to find out more about what is commercial use and what isn't, as well for what I allow and what I do not.
♱- Credit must be given whenever the artwork purchased is used. There is NO exception to this, a CORRECT AND VISIBLE link must be provided each time the artwork is used. If I update something on my end, I will be sure to notify you of the changes you'll need to make.

Orders and Payment

♱- Payment is in British pounds (£) NOT Euros!
♱- Complex designs may lead to a price increase, you're welcome to switch out the character to avoid paying this!
♱- Again, I do not work first come first serve. I work in whichever order I am most motivated for.
♱- Orders are made through Google Forms you can find the link at the top of the commission section! please give me up to 48hrs to respond to your email first, before contacting me through DMs.
♱- Please be detailed when ordering, the more detailed you are, the better I can visualise what you are ordering.
♱- Orders can be request to be Private, however, an additional £15 must be paid.
♱- Once the details are discussed the full payment will need to be made, this will be done via PayPal. Payment plans are available for larger payments. You may wait until I am ready to start to pay as I accept multiple commissions at a time and may not be able to begin immediately.
♱- If you wait to pay, you must be prepared to pay within 48hrs of contact otherwise your commission slot will be paused or given to someone else.
♱- Refunds can only be requested if the commission has not been started, otherwise no refunds are offered.

Deadlines and Work Speed

♱- Deadlines are available upon request, but please be reasonable. Depending on the order and my free time, the minimum amount of time I need can vary between 3 days - 1 month
♱- If you are wanting a Deadline added to your commission, an additional fee will be applied. The fee will depend on your order and the length of time you give me to complete the commission. If you want a lower fee, consider contacting me a month or two prior to your deadline date!
♱- Please understand I need time to work on your commission, it may take me a few days to a few months to complete as my motivation and free time varies. Please read my F.A.Q to find out more about my work speed.
♱- I may need more time if I have commissions before you, but I can give an estimation of how long until I can start / finish.

Communication

♱- I like to have a strong communication with clients to make sure they get what they pay for, it is my job and I'd like for you to be happy with what you receive.
♱- I will send updates once a week minimum after I begin, but you can request them anytime, but please don't expect there always to be new changes.
♱- The sketch is the best stage for major changes, like posing and clothing. Please don't be afraid to ask for changes as I'd like to make your artwork exactly how you'd like it!
♱- During the commission, I am able to make small adjustments, such as colours and details I've missed. If it is after and it was my own mistake, I'll fix it up for you, but please try and communicate that with me before I finish!
♱- If you want changes to your original order, or ask for something that was not included in your order, specifically large details, a fee will be applied otherwise I will not make any changes, so please double check your order!! Small additions, such as jewellery, nail designs, or things being removed, will not add a fee as they are a simple change.
♱- I will not re-draw a commission, this includes whole poses, unless you are paying for a new order, so please make sure to give me all the information you want, in detail, on the form. If you've missed details, make sure to let me know before I begin working otherwise there may be an additional fee.

• ♱- Frequently Asked Questions -♱

♱- Can we REUPLOAD / COPY / TRACE / USE / SELL your artwork?
♱- To simply put it NO. I do not allow my artwork to be used, sold or reuploaded by anyone but myself and the paying client. Tracing and copying are a big no, you may reference my poses and backgrounds, I have no problems with that as referencing to help improve is a good thing, but straight copying and tracing (in some cases tracing can used to learn and improve anatomy, which I do not mind!!)I do not approve of.
The only people with permission to reupload and use my artwork are myself and the client to that artwork, of course with credit. Anyone out of this relationship is forbidden and I will ask for it to be removed immediately.
Any selling of the artworks is completely prohibited to anyone. I do not allow my artworks to be sold as merchandise or printed.♱- Do you do INSERT THING HERE?
♱- If you're looking for something I don't offer, please DM me and chat. It may be because I don't have enough examples, or I'm still experimenting with it. ♱-I use Clip Studio Paint EX, and a XP-Pen Artist 22R Pro.♱- How long do commissions / artworks usually take?
♱- Commissions can take anywhere between one day to 6 month to complete, this all depends on a few things:
- How responsive you are
- How big the commission is
- How detailed the character / background is
- How much free time I have♱- Commissions with deadlines will be prioritized in order to meet the deadline, however, I will be sure to notify all client on the situation beforehand.♱- How large are V-Tuber canvas sizes?
♱- They will roughly be around 3000 × 8000 px (width × height), however, I can work larger upon request!♱- What does it mean to have a “High Priority” commission and how do you prioritize commission order?
♱- High Priority commissions are commissions with deadlines.
I do not work on a first come first serve basis. The only exception to this are commissions with deadlines, they will be taken into high priority, by the deadline length.♱- ' Disclaimer - I will not always be able to start your commission immediately, I may be working on other commissions and will instead give you an estimate of waiting time before I can start.♱- How much is the fee added to commissions with deadlines?
♱- This depends on the size of the commission, and the length of the deadline. If you give me a week to finish a large illustration, the fee will be higher than a small illustration with a short deadline. I do not have set prices for these, so please be prepared.♱- What is and how much is a private commission?
♱- Private commissions are where the client pays a fee to the artist for them not to share any process or final piece of the artwork. Your commission will be listed on my Trello, however, your name will be stated as PRIVATE so that you remain anonymous.♱- Private commissions have a £15 fee.
♱- I am NOT responsible for any situation where you want a private commission, however do not tell me nor pay the fee, and I post / share WIPs publicly. It is your responsibility to inform me. I will refuse a refund if there was no clear communication, however, if it was my mistake, I will refund the £15 and give you an offer of a coloured polished sketch (bust - thigh up) as an apology.♱- What is considered Commercial Use?
♱- Buying a commission for simply personal enjoyment is not considered Commercial use, however these things listed are:♱- ×2 Commercial Use

- Cases where you are monetised / earning profit on a platform where the artwork is used [eg. Youtube, Twitch, Patreon...]♱- I DO NOT allow my art to be sold as Acrylic Stands / Merchandise / Postcards / NFT / AI Learning / Etc..
